1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BeMyBrain ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BeMyBrain provides a personal knowledge management tool ("Saves") and community management platform ("Communities"). The Service allows users to save notes, create and manage communities, and apply to join communities.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display your content as needed to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.

5. Community Guidelines

Community administrators are responsible for managing their communities. Users must not submit false information in community applications. We reserve the right to remove communities that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
